In House Used Vehicle Warranty - Terms & Conditions

1. About Us

RDA Car Sales Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a vehicle retailer supplying used motor vehicles to retail customers.

2. Vehicle Purchases

All vehicles are available for inspection prior to purchase. Customers are encouraged to view, inspect, and where possible test drive the vehicle to ensure it meets their expectations.

Vehicle descriptions, specifications, and advertisements are provided in good faith. However, they do not form part of a binding guarantee unless confirmed in writing.

3. Third-Party Warranty (Handler)

All retail vehicles are supplied with a 6-month warranty provided by Handler.

This warranty is a separate agreement between the customer and Handler. RDA Car Sales Ltd acts solely as an introducer to this warranty and is not the provider, administrator, or underwriter.

4. Warranty Claims

Any claims under the warranty must be made directly with Handler and are subject to their terms, conditions, and claims procedures.

RDA Car Sales Ltd is not responsible for:

  • The outcome of any warranty claim
  • The level of cover provided
  • Any exclusions within the warranty
  • Any delays or decisions made by Handler

Customers are responsible for ensuring they understand and comply with the warranty terms provided.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must maintain their vehicle in line with manufacturer guidelines and the warranty provider's requirements, including servicing schedules.

Failure to do so may affect warranty validity.

6. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Vehicles supplied must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described at the point of sale.

7. Liability

Following purchase, RDA Car Sales Ltd is not responsible for mechanical or electrical issues that arise, except where required under applicable consumer law.

We are not liable for any costs, losses, or damages related to warranty claims or vehicle use, including indirect or consequential losses.

8. No Additional Guarantees

Any additional guarantees or assurances must be confirmed in writing by RDA Car Sales Ltd. Verbal statements do not form part of the agreement.

9. Warranty Documentation

Warranty documentation will be provided separately. Customers are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms of their warranty cover.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
